Vehicle Rental Policy
1. Driver Eligibility & Verification
All primary and secondary drivers must be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury/specialty classes) and hold an unexpired full driver’s license for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months. Renter must present the original physical license and a matching credit card at pickup.
2. Fuel Policy (Same-to-Same)
Vehicles are dispatched with a documented level of fuel (ordinarily 100% full). Renters are required to return the vehicle with an equivalent fuel level. If returned with less fuel, an automated refueling surcharge of ₱600.00 per quarter-tank will be assessed against the security deposit.
3. Mileage Allowance
Standard reservations include 300 complimentary kilometers per rental day. Any excess mileage incurred will be billed at ₱15.00 per kilometer during post-rental check-in.
4. Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for commercial ride-sharing without prior written corporate fleet approval, off-road rallying, towing unauthorized trailers, or driving under the influence of alcohol, medication, or narcotics. Smoking or vaping inside vehicles is strictly prohibited and subject to a ₱5,000.00 sanitization detailing fee.
